RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

At Vape24, your satisfaction is our priority. Please review the following terms and conditions for our return and exchange policy:

To initiate a return or exchange, customers can:

  • Visit the nearest Vape24 Store in the UAE.
  • Contact Vape24 Helpline Number at +971564976393.
  • Email us at info.vape24@gmail.com for assistance.

For Return & Exchange:

  • The products must be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.
  • Products should remain unopened, with the original packaging intact. Once a product is opened or used, we cannot issue a refund or exchange due to hygiene and personal safety reasons.
  • Unopened products purchased from Vape24 online or in our stores can be exchanged within 14 days from the date of purchase.
  • Refunds for products purchased with credit/debit cards will be credited back to the same card used for the transaction or provided in cash at Vape24 stores.

WARRANTY TERMS & CONDITIONS

We offer a 6-month warranty on devices only. The warranty allows for device exchange within 6-month from the original purchase invoice date, subject to the following conditions:

  • A valid proof of purchase is required to claim the warranty.
  • Products showing signs of damage due to misuse or wear and tear will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. Liquid and physical damages are not covered under warranty.
  • Please note that the warranty does not apply to Disposables, E-Liquids, and accessories.
  • Vape24 reserves the right to accept or decline any claim.
